Susan Dalton applies her keen interest in helping others achieve their personal and professional goals with extensive facilitation and coaching skills. Working in the post-secondary educational environment for over 20 years, Susan has developed and implemented a variety of training programs with diverse stakeholder groups. Her post-secondary education in psychology provides her with an understanding of developmental principles and communication styles.
Her certifications include Myers-Briggs and Logistics from York University and can be applied to a variety of corporate and educational settings. She developed an award-winning ‘Customer Service’ program used in both the public and private sector. She has facilitated workshops and training programs in the mining, automotive, education, government and health-care sectors.
